"Customer states that unit isnt cooling well. Ice cubes had thawed and froze together in clumps. When this occurs they are not able to dispense ice or water. It is currently operating as it should. The freezer evaporator fan is running, the condenser fan is running, the compressor is running, the air damper is open and allowing air flow. Amp draw of the compressor is 1 amp. It is warm to touch but not currently overheating. The control is not sensing the freezer door closed. This will shut down the dispenser, and the evaporator fan. If the evaporator fan isnt running the unit wont cool properly. The unit needs the main control under warranty and both door switches. Spoke with the customer about the issue and they said they had a plumbing company out and the plumber thought it was leaking from the water valve on the washer. Advised the customer I did not see any leaks at the valve when ran my tests. Advised if the solenoid valve is leaking then they would need the main control board to be replaced as well.
