"Inspected unit and found the fresh food section an average of 37? and the freezer section an average of 60?. Enter diagnostics and found no error codes. Through diagnostics checked thermistors in fresh food and freezer section and both passed, tested fresh food and freezer fans and both passed, tested the compressor and evaporator and fans and all passed. Reset the unit and left it run for about 10 minutes and found the temperatures in the freezer section dropped below 40?. I advise the customer to allow it to run 24 to 48 hours and check temperatures in the freezer. If temperatures are not around zero or freezing to reach back out and contact us."

Unplugged the unit and plugged it into another outlet and the refrigerator kicked on and ran without any issues pulling 5 amps. Plugged a standard lamp into the outlet where the refrigerator was plugged in and the breaker continued to trip. The refrigerator is functioning properly and working. The wet bar breaker number 25 is consistently tripping. I provided this information to the customer and advised them to contact the electrician who installed the panel. All checks OK

Pulled the unit and inspected the back and found the drain line clear and water in the drain pan. The drain line is clogged and not a repairable issue. Customer has already had the line defrosted and defrosted the unit. Spoke with Don from homebuyers warranty combined in with the information. They are placing the unit into replacement options and will contact customer in three business days to discuss the options.

Inspected the unit and found the door gasket not aligning properly and allowing warm air in and around the evaporator. The evaporator has frozen up causing the fan to not run. Made adjustments to the gasket and fan. Advised the customer to run the unit through a 24 hour defrost cycle to clear out the ice and free the fan. After the defrost cycle the unit should take 24 hours to return to normal temperature. Concession number provided from Frigidaire.

"Upon arrival unit temperature read 0F in freezer and 38F in refrigerator checked with infrared gun. Unit was running and cooling fine. Customer stated, a couple of weeks back unit just started beeping on its own, was unable to power off from ui, so she unplugged for 15 secs. Started beeping again then unplugged for 1 hrs. Unit worked fine for a little over a week then started beeping again. Never noticed any cooling issues, abnormal noises etc. checked evap, fan and damper all ok. Explained to customer how unit cools and things to look for. Possible issue with ui or main control going bad, unit does not give out error codes, is a side by side professional series. Collected service call and told customer to monitor."

Upon arrival customer stated that unit is leaving dishes dry and dirty. Ran diagnostics to check for errors. Unit has a TCO error. This shuts down the heater and wash motor. Reset and ran to test. Unit has leak from hose between diverter and pump. Pump will run. Leak got into heater wire and caused TCO to trip. Unit needs diverter assembly. ; ordrng 1 WD18X21754 (Diverter assembly)

"Checked unit over front of the unit does not fill with water properly and throws error code for a low flow. Valve is opening properly control board is causing the issue. Unit also extremely loud when agitating and spinning. Tried to remove agitator and could not remove agitator. Unit needs new transmission, inner basket and agitator. Also needs additional labor due to this being a tub job; rqstng P&A on 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W10811957 (Basket) and 1 W11161960 (Agitator) and 1 W11195970 (Control)"
