This is why the unit wont start and error code. Removed rotor and inspected clutch assembly. The magnetic ring on the slider is free from the slider. Customer states that unit wont operate correctly. It would not spin out clothes. Checked unit for errors and found lid lock failure codes and flood codes. Both codes will keep the unit from spinning. Found control not sending voltage to lock the lid. It does sense the lid closed but wont lock. Unit needs the main control. Unable to test several other functions like spin and agitate. Unit has to have the lid lock to test these. No visual signs of issues with the motor or transmission. Ok to order per Jason. ; ordrng 1 WH22X32357 (Main PCB)

Customer states that they will start a cycle then it will shut down shortly after. Checked control for error codes. Found F7E1 tachometer missing/wont signal. Ran sensor test and when running the test control shows F5E3 lid lock error. Lid is not locked. Control is shorting out causing the missing signal and lid error. Customer also states that the glass is separating from the frame. No signs of abuse to the lid. Glue did not hold. Unit needs main PCB and lid. ; ordrng 1 W11404468 (Lid assembly) and 1 W11524824 (Main PCB)

"Customer states that unit is showing c-24 error and has a strong gas smell. C-24 is an oven vent blocked error. Nothing blocking the vent. Cooling fan is running as it should. Unit did have a very delayed ignition. This will cause a gas smell and error code. Unit needs main pcb, bake ignitor, and broil ignitor. Customer also stated that all the knobs are cracked and slip. Advised these may not be covered and would only be covered under the 30 day cosmetic warranty but would submit. Samsung ticket number 4168266943; ordrng 1 Unkown (Bake Ignitor) and 1 Unkown (Broil Ignitor) and 1 Unkown (Main pcb) and 4 Unkown (Burner knobs)s"
