Customer states that the unit is showing UR. This is an unbalanced load. Customer states regardless of load size or cycle selection the unit goes out of balance. Inspected unit and found it out of level. The unit has a tilt towards the back. Unit is in a basement with an uneven floor. Back legs of unit have no adjustment so they need shimmed to level. Because the unit has been out of level for so long it has worn the suspension out. This is why the unit is going out of balance. "Checked unit over found that the freezer fan was running, but was vibrating extremely bad. Drain was completely frozen up. Unit was completely packed full of food with Kroger bags wrapped around the outside. This has caused the unit to freeze up and not cool properly. Disassembled unit cleared out the drain. Cleared out ice buildup around fan fixed fan blade. Reassembled unit and instructed customer on loading of the freezer. Checked OK."

"The front left burner glass had a ring around it like there was something attached to the pot or pan while the unit was heating up and it fractured the glass, causing it to partially melt and crack. All the other burners are working properly tested in calibrated oven. Spoke with American home shield and they are not going to cover the replacement of the glass cooktop because they do not consider that normal wear and tear."
