Inspected unit and found the control board not sending unit into defrost cycle as often as it should. Reset the board and software. Made sure the unit wasnt in a smart defrost cycle. Reset the temperatures and advised the customer to monitor the evaporator wall to make sure ice is not building up on it. Advised the customer on temperatures for the unit.

Inspected the unit and found the setting for smart defrost cycle on while in diagnostics and found warm air building up in the freezer section causing ice to build up on the fan. Placed unit on basic eight hour defrost cycle and advised customer to defrost the unit to allow excess ice build up to dissipate.
