Removed unit from under counter to inspect case break assembly. No signs of loose connections. Ran unit to test. Found flow sensor not moving. Case brake assembly has scale build up binding up sensor. Replaced case brake assembly and ran to test. All ok. No leaks and unit is filling as it should. Please mail out receipt.

"Upon arrival the display on the refrigerator was making a beeping sound randomly and no error code or red lights on the panel indicating an issue. Checked the door switches on the fresh food doors, flex door and freezer door and they're all functioning properly. The flex door panel is still not responding and had no lights on it. Disconnected the wire harness to the panel and the beeping sound stopped immediately. A few minutes later plugged the harness back in the panel and the beeping returned. I advised the customer that the wire harness running through the unit may have been damaged due to the ice buildup on the back of the liner which is not repairable or it may be the panel built into the flex door. Provided part cost on the door. The customer said if we could just unplug the harness to keep it from beeping he would be all right with that. Unplug the harness. All other checks OK"

Noise is coming from the air damper. It is making noise when opening/closing. Unit has a large number of cracks. Vary in length and width but there are dozens. Have photos of all known cracks. Cracks can be patched with liner tape but amount needed would be an ugly fix. Age of unit and number of cracks this is not a good repair. Please advise NSA. Checked unit over found a slight drip from where the tubs were sealed together. Installed sealant across where the tub had been welded together. Instructed customer to give it 24 hours to dry and then test the unit. Unit checks OK. If unit does continue to leak it will need a new tub but this is not a serviceable part. Please let me know if the customer has any more issues

Inspected unit and found a loose wire harness at the water valve. Made adjustments to the wire harness and secured it. Also found the waterline tangled behind the unit and laying on the ground. Wrapped the waterline and taped it up to the back of the unit and advise the customer to make sure the line stays attached to the unit to prevent it from kinking. Unit now dispensing water. All checks ok.
