"Inspected the unit and found the outlet that the washer was plugged up to had no power to it checked the breaker, and the breaker was not tripped. Turned the breaker off and then back on, and the outlets still had no power. Cleaned out her dispenser and wiped up a lot of old detergent down inside the dispensing area. Informed the customer they will need an electrician to resolve the outlet issue."
