Inspected the unit and found the fresh fruit section at an average of 60? and the freezer section an average of 20?. Inspected the rear wall of the freezer and found excessive frost buildup blocking airflow to the fresh food in freezer section. Evaporator had a full frost pattern and heater coils were clear of frost. Found the compressor and the cooling fan running constantly.Access ice buildup is due to poor airflow through the freezer and fresh food section and this is typically due to the refrigerator and freezer being two packed with food. Advised the customer to run the unit through a 24 hour defrost cycle by unplugging and opening the doors to allow the frost/ice to melt. All other components passed inspection.

"Check at the unit and the customer stated it was leaving the rotten smell in the unit. Ran a test cycle and the unit is operating as normal and washing And draining. Remove the filter and found out the filter was plugged up. Clean out the filter and advise the customer to run a clean cycle through the unit due to the buildup inside the unit. Also removed one of the wash arms and cleaned it out as well. Customer was having some plumbing issues in the house, and some of the other areas of the house was starting to stink as well advised them, they could talk to a plumber to resolve the stench in the rest of the house. Checks OK"

Checked out the unit and customer stated they ran for the first cycle and it leaked out the front of the door. Ran it through multiple test cycles and found no leaks coming from the unit. Made adjustments to one of the lines on the bottom of the unit and also cleaned off the bottom door seal. Ran another test cycle and found no leaks. Advised a customer to run some cleaning tablets to help get the smell out of of the unit. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and customer stated the unit would leak at the very end of the cycle. Ran it through multiple test cycles and found no leaks coming from the waterline valve or the drain pump. After running a test cycle, found a pinhole in the drain line. We cut the drain line and installed a new insert on the end of it and also removed the drain pump to clear debris in it. Ran a second test cycle and found no leaks. Advise the customer when she runs it to check to make sure no water is coming out of the standpipe at the back of the unit because it only leaks at the very end of the cycle. Checks OK"
