Inspected unit and found the unit leaking out of the front right corner. Removed the top panel and found the unit not leaking from there. Checked drain filter and found the unit leaking out from filter. Found filter not properly seated against the housing. Showed customer how to remove and reseat filter and how to know when it is properly seated. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found the unit not heating again. Retested the heating element and found it still good and not grounded at all. Found thermal fuse blown again. Replaced fuse and checked airflow. Airflow was great. Watched the heating element cycle on and off. Advised not to run cycles back to back without a cooldown period. Advised to call back if it happens again as it may need other parts. ; used 1 D518542 (THERMAL FUSE (PW)) from stock
