Inspected the unit and found no error codes. Cleaned off the sensor bars and ran a sensor tests cycle. The unit shut off after detecting a dry load. Ran a time dry and found poor air flow at the exterior exhaust. The exterior trap was clear of lint. The customer stated the unit takes multiple attempts on the 40 minute time dry cycle to completely dry. I advised the customer they could replace their vent line or switch the dryer and washer around to allow better and more direct air flow. No other issues found.

"Inspected the unit and found the control panel not responding. Attempted to enter diagnostics and the panel would not respond. The control board is detecting the door opening and closing and turning the light on and off. Found a small amount of sitting water in the bottom of the sump, disconnected the drain line from the garbage disposal and vacuumed the water out. All other checks OK customer will contact us if they have further questions about repair."
