Inspected unit and heard a loud grinding noise durning the cycle. Unit is in tight quarters. Pulled the unit out and removed the top panel and front panels and found two of the support wheels making a loud screeching sound. Pulled the drum and front bulkhead out and removed support wheels and support studs. Sanded down studs and support wheels and re-greased all support wheels. Used the shop vac and cleaned the inside of the unit from length and dust. Reassembled unit ran a test cycle and the unit is much quieter. All checks OK

The noise level on the unit is within expectation from other LG designs serviced. Provided information on the units design and the lightweight suspension system. Large blankets and towel have a difficult time running completely through the cycle because it consistently goes off balance. Advised to make sure they are washing like items together.
