Spoke with HBW and informed them of whats going on and they said If its functioning then they arent replacing it.

Checked unit over found that the unit was flashing a normal error code and consistently running to drain pump. Pulled unit removed bottom cover and found that the unit was leaking from around the water valve and around the drain pump. Removed drain pump and cleared drain pump seal reinstalled and fixed hose clamp on water valve tested unit multiple times unit was not leaking. Checked OK if unit continues to have any other issues we will need to replace the drain pump and the water valve.

"Inspected the unit and could hear a loud grinding/cracking noise when the inner basket was freely spun. Ran a test cycle and the unit filled with water, agitated, drained and spun out. During the agitate and spin cycle you could hear the gearcase slipping and grinding on something. The inner basket could be moved around freely. The control panel button delicate and light cycle did not function properly. The unit is in rough shape and 13 years old. Tech recommends to replace the unit.
