Inspected unit and found unit making a loud squeaking noise. Customer was also concerned about large amount of lint buildup along the back panel. When I took off the front panel I found an excessive amount of lint in the cabinet. I found the vent and the blower wheel housing were not connected allowing the lint to blow into the cabinet instead of out of the vent. Checked roller support wheels as well as the pulley for signs of squeaking. Back left roller wheel was very tough to turn and wasnt rolling freely. Took wheel off and cleaned it up and made sure it wasnt bad. Regreased shaft and put wheel back on. Advised customer to get vents cleaned. All checks ok.

"Customer states that unit leaks and makes noise in spin. Inspected unit and found several holes in the door boot. All from rubbing. None from abuse or misuse. Whirlpool has a service bulletin about this issue. The door boot, and ACU need replaced. The ACU change helps with unbalanced load management. Checked to verify unit is level. Unit also falls under dispenser leak bulletin. Whirlpool recommends replacement of the dispenser assembly. New part comes with a different spray pattern to minimize leaks. Unable to duplicate noise but suspect the door boot rubbing is causing noise. Unit needs dispenser assembly, door boot, and ACU. ; ordrng 1 W11314648 (Door bellow) and 1 W11524105 (Dispenser assy) and 1 W11322905 (ACU)"
