Customer showed damage to both refrigerator doors and the flex door. The customer only had a flex door and it was damaged. Unit is outside of the 30 day warranty and the customer did not have receipt on hand. Unit is within manufactures one-year warranty. I advised the customer to contact GE customer service relations at 1-800-386-1215 and request both refrigerator doors and the middle flex door along with the drawer that is damaged. GE will then send a dispatch to a company of their choice to come out and do the repair.

"Inspected the unit. Customer said they had rotor rooter out due to a leak. They told her the leak was at the water line under the kitchen sink and they recommended to have the water line to the refrigerator replaced. The water is off to the unit. Water valve for refrigerator is no longer available. This is a built-in unit and we do not pull the unit out to work on them. Called HBW and advised them they need a plumber to come out and replace the water line. Made adjustments to the doors, dispenser, and grill cover. All checks ok."

"Customer claims unit will only run on time and quick dry but if you run on normal quits after a minute. Proceeded to test empty on normal, turned eco feature off. Unit would start at 42 then run 2 mins then go down to 1 min and shut off, then had customer wet and ring out three bath towels. Put in unit had set to normal dry and seen how long would run. Same difference. Customer claims never seen any error codes come up. Called tech line, we put unit into test mode for sensor bar starting at 0 then wipe hand to 1 sensor is fine. Pulled out unit and raise the rear of dryer so that more of the load comes in contact with the sensor bar. Tested with those towels. Unit checks ok."
