"Upon arrival customer stated that unit wont spin and is tight to spin by hand. Ran diagnostics to check for errors. F7E9 locked rotor, F0E3 overload, F8E6 water hazard, and F7E8 rotor overheat. Tub is tight. Removed rotor to inspect. Nothing binding up bellow. Removed tub ring to inspect. Found gym shorts wedges between tub and inner basket causing resistance. Removed shorts, ran load size calibration and ran to test. Unit is spinning up to full speed and no more noise. All error codes are related to spin issue. All ok. Advised customer on load size and use of laundry bags to prevent this issue."

Unit is loosing voltage in the harness inside the cabinet. No signs of broken wires at board or signs of damage at molex connector. Issue is non repairable. Harness is shorted inside between liner and cabinet. Need to call Warrentech and inform. Please pseudo call tomorrow.

Suspect unit was leaking from too much forward tilt. Could not duplicate concern of leak."

Installed inner door and gasket. Found the screw for the countertop attachment clip was preventing the right side of the door from closing properly. Removed the screw. Ran a test cycle and the unit ran for 10 minutes with no leaks. All checks ok.
