Inspected unit and found lower interlock switch shorted closed. Switch has signs of shorting/overheat. Replaced switch and ran to test. Unit heats as it should. Drawing 14 amps. Turntable is working and fan no longer comes on with door open. All ok. Advised customer to use pause button to stop unit before opening the door to prevent shorted switches. ; used 1 5304509460 (MICRO SWITCH) from stock

Motor is not getting correct voltage from the timer. Only getting 80 vac to motor from timer. Tested at timer and voltage is the same. Timer is shorted causing unit not to spin fully. Timer is no longer available. Verified with Marcone and DAP. NO repair possible.

Some soap scum and small debris but not enough to block the pump. Cleared filter and reinstalled. Ran diagnostics to test functions. Unit went through diagnostics test with no issues. No error codes either. Ran again with same results. Unable to duplicate concern. Suspect soap scum is getting into pressure switch causing it to misread. Advised customer to use cleaning product.

Hearing a small clunk from the clutch and brake. No noise in spin either. Noise may be from clutch but its not loud currently. Quoted customer price of replacing clutch and drive tube. "Customer stated the unit will periodically fill with water and stop during a cycle or will not drain. Customer does not remember if any lights are blinking on the panel. Found no error codes. Door is opening and closing properly, unit is filling with water and running through the wash cycle, drain pump activating and drain in the water, no leaks found. Called Frigidaire tech line and spoke with them about the issue. They recommend the customer make sure dishes or items are not blocking the door and causing it to open during a cycle which will lead to it timing out and acting as if it done. Provided info to the customer."
