After running a test cycle found that there is a large mental build up in the back of the housing and also a little bit of debris down in the drain pump. Remove the debris and also advise the customer to make sure they are maintaining the lint filter and also cleaning out inside the lint housing due to poor airflow will cause the heat pump to struggle.test unit and came back with no error codes. Customer using appropriate detergent. Customer running the cycle at night and throughout the day and noticing the issues. Ran a quick and normal cycle and found no error codes, unit filled with water, washed, and drained without any issues. Drain line has a high loop installed. Tech unable to determine what is causing condensation to buildup. Possible (but unproven) issues could arise from the zeolite container unable to absorb moisture in the air and blowing warm air back out into the unit, or as the cycle finishes the warmer moist air is slowing flowing back into the dishwasher and causing condensation. Tech unsure of cause, but could find no defects with the unit."

Found the lid lock spray not consistently activating and the control panel that covers a timer, not holding a timer in place. The unit is 10+ years old and located in the laundry room. "Checking it over found this was a stacked unit and the washer was full of water. Attempted to drain the unit and the drain pump was running, but could not move water properly due to the drain screen being completely plugged up. Spoke with warranty and they will not cover to unstack and clean out the drain screen. If the customer would like us to do the repair, they will need to have the washer unstacked to clean out that drain screen."
