"Inspected the unit and found that both refrigerator and freezer were somewhat cooling, but not getting to the appropriate temperature. I installed the defrost timer to replace the old timer. I checked the EV fan in the freezer fan was not running. It looked like I had some ice buildup that was causing the fan to stop running. I was able to free up the ice get the fan to start working tested it a couple different times fans operational unit is now in the cooling stage. "Checked out the unit and found the unit not cooling and the lights on inside the refrigerator. Replace the defrost timer and after replacing the defrost timer, the unit kicked on and the fan started spinning but there was a large amount of frost inside the unit. Customer complained that it was making a noise before it stopped. Advise the customer to do a manual defrost for 24 to 48 hours to resolve all of the ice buildup that could prevent the fan from spinning.checks OK"
