Spoke with HBW and informed them of whats going on and they said If its functioning then they arent replacing it.

Checked unit over found that the unit was flashing a normal error code and consistently running to drain pump. Pulled unit removed bottom cover and found that the unit was leaking from around the water valve and around the drain pump. Removed drain pump and cleared drain pump seal reinstalled and fixed hose clamp on water valve tested unit multiple times unit was not leaking. Checked OK if unit continues to have any other issues we will need to replace the drain pump and the water valve.

Customer states unit has standing water and didnt advance past the rinse. Still has softener in cup. Removed front panel to inspect. Found lid lock harness loose from lock. Replaced with updated lock and ran to test. Unit is locking as it should and spinning out. Drain pump is noisy. Replaced pump and its quiet now. All ok.
