Advised the customer on proper load size to try and prevent louder than normal use.

Upon arrival customer stated that the unit wont spin. Ran diagnostics. F51 motor RPS failure error present. Unit would not finish diagnostics test. It showed F51 when unit should spin. Tachometer is reading correctly but tub has a noise and some resistance when turning by hand. Removed rotor to inspect. Rotor was not tightened and jam but that holds drive shaft was off. Reassembled and made sure its tight. Ran to test. All ok. Unit is spinning freely and up to speed.
