After thawing the unit out the tech ran a snake down the defrost drain line and could only get about a foot in. The customer had a shift in the insulation between the liner and the cabinet. No way of clearing out the drain line. Advised warranty company they do not cover the insulation issues. Also noticed ice build up on the liner where the Freon line is touching the liner.

Checked unit over unit was not drying properly and found unit leaking from vent assembly on the back of the tub assembly. Removed vent and sealed with silicone and reinstalled. Unit still leaking.
