"Customer states that they ran a load of dishes yesterday and it drained fine but leaked. Customer saw water on the floor in front of the dishwasher, cabinet, and refrigerator. Removed kick plate and found no water under the unit currently. Ran unit to test for leaks. Unit did not leak but it also didnt fully drain mid cycle. Removed unit from counter to inspect pump and drain hose. Drain hose was hard to force air through but cleared up. Nothing in the drain pump that would prevent it from draining. Drain pump is weak and isnt moving enough water to fully drain. When unit fills for the rest of the cycle it is overfilling causing the leak now. Pulled drain hose and couldnt get any flow through the hose. Pulled unit and drain hose was partially kinked. This is why it wouldnt drain. This is why it leaked as well. Black debris was from the old gasket. Installed new gasket and verified correct operation. Unit is draining out fine and no longer leaks. Upon arrival plugged newfi into unit. Found multiple error codes for out of balance in final spin. Also saw unit needed a firmware update. Updated unit then ran spin test. When unit got into a high spin it sounded very off and the belt was squeaking. Customer also had issue with agitate. Listened to unit agitate and it was not working properly.
