Upon arrival customer stated that unit made one tray of very small cubes. Ran diagnostics to check for ice maker errors. None present. Ran ice maker harvest and fill test. Ice maker harvests fine but isnt getting water to it. New filter in unit. Valve is getting proper voltage to it. Hooked up water line to valve and ran it isolated into a cup. The valve isnt opening enough to allow enough water in. In the 8 seconds it runs it is only filling with an ounce of water. Not enough to cool mold of ice maker to allow it to cycle. Upon arrival customer stated that unit is showing same E24 error code. No codes on control at this time. Ran unit in diagnostics to test. Unit ran fine with no issues. Inspected sump for debris or loose pump lid. Found pump lid not fully installed. Removed lid and installed new. Ran unit to test again. Unit is draining out better now. All ok. ; used 1 00611322 (Pump lid) from stock

Upon arrival customer stated that unit isnt making ice and is getting water under deli drawer again. Unit has 39e and 14e error codes stored. Both for upper ice maker. Replaced ice maker under warranty. Water is coming from defrost drain. Thawed evaporator cover to remove. Found defrost drain blocked with ice. All parts of leak kit have been installed properly. Liner may have water behind it and freezing up around drain. Advised customer if problem persists we have done all we can.

Nothing blocking drain pump or pressure hose. Shorter cycles have a slower spin speed. Advised customer to use and monitor. Unable to duplicate concern of not spinning out.
