Inspected the unit and found three dead mice wrapped around the terminal block. Remove the terminal block and mice and found minor damage to the heating element wiring in the terminal block. Made adjustments and repairs to the terminal block in wiring harness. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle. Unit is now heating properly. All checks OK I advise the customer that the unit will not have a 30 day warranty from the service charge due to the mice damage and theres no guarantee that they will not come back. The customer is aware that there is no 30 day warranty on labor or service charge

Removed evaporator cover to inspect and found frost built up in the center of the evaporator. Moisture is getting into unit from cracks in the liner behind the evaporator.
