All ok. No loose connections or broken wires. Checked unit for error codes and only found a divider error. Switch is working properly and harness is good. Preheated unit in single oven to 350. Unit heated to 350 within in 10 minutes. Temp never got below 348 before oven would cycle and never above 355. Unit is heating as it should. Could not duplicate concern. If issues persist recommend replacing the suspension springs. Called and spoke with Marcus. Provided estimate for replacement of the springs and shocks on the unit. Saved estimate to ticket. Marcus said he would research and find out if they want to move forward with the repair they would contact us if they decide to do so.

Made adjustments to the duckbill train to allow it to drain properly and not clog. I advise the customer to run the unit through a 48 hour defrost cycle to allow all the extra ice to melt and drain out of the unit. After 48 hour defrost cycle finishes them a plug the unit back in and you can return to normal. All checks OK.

"Pulled the unit and replace both relay boards and the temp sensor. Also found a damaged wire harness, repaired wiring. Secured unit back into cabinet area and ran a test cycle and both ovens ran through and bake and broil cycle. All checks ok."
