Checked unit over found there was not proper voltage. Going to the heater. Found that the unit had no power coming from the motor. Found the motor had a broken wire. Repaired broken wire on motor. Unit was heating up but was not giving proper temperatures. Heating element was barely getting hot. The heating element was partially grounded. Repaired heating element and wire harness. Unit check OK

Inspect the unit and ran a cycle for about 20 minutes and found no leaks. Found a small pool of water under the customers sink upon arrival. Covered the bottom cabinet with paper towel and advised customer to continue using the sink and dishwasher and contact a plumber if they have future leaks. Advised the customer the drain line is not covered under warranty and we do not replace them.

Unit is 23 years old in the kitchen. Customer states that the unit no longer drains. Inspected under sink and found signs of a new garbage disposal. Inspected further and found the knock out plug was not removed when the new disposal was installed. Knocked out plug and reinstalled drain hose. Ran rinse cycle to test. Unit is draining and functioning as it should. All OK.

Installed all provided parts and verified correct operations. Unit still wont power on. Checked voltage again and have 117vac between neutral and line. Voltage between neutral and ground is 30vac. The unit does not operate because of voltage at the neutral side. Customer is getting electric supply fixed. If issues persists the main board will need replaced again due to shorting. Unit should function fine once voltage is corrected.
