Checked out the unit and found that the unit was throwing. I am really really sad the sense light and lid lock along with the sunlight. Indicate to miscommunications. Also the waterlines were not hooked up correctly and put on a water temp. Error code. Cleared error codes and ran a diagnostic cycle. The unit is operating incorrectly and advised the customer to have the waterline switched. We were unable to switch them due to the water valves not turning.

Checked out the unit and checked the waterlines and the drain line for any water leaking out of the unit. Customer complained that there was water leaking out of the front of the washer due to the carpet being wet. After running all checks found no issues coming from the unit. Checks OK
