"Checked out the unit and the customer stated it was leaking water and they had a plumber out to look at it and stated they thought it was coming from the dishwasher. Ran it through multiple test cycles and found no leaks coming from the wash motor or drain line or pump. Cleaned off the bottom of the door, seal and made adjustments to the drain line. After running multiple cycles showed the customer that it appeared. Water was leaking from the 90? waterline coming to the dishwasher. And there is no other leaks anywhere else. Check out the unit and found that the unit was making a squeaking noise. Disassembled the unit and found that the blower wheel had some buildup around the backside of the blower fan. Removed blower fan and remove the lint buildup and loose strings. Removed the three front support wheels and lubricated them all and removed a loose piece of fabric that had got caught around them. Removed the basket and made sure the felt pad was around it all the way. Removed the vent housing off the back and make sure there is no lint caught inside the vent housing. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found that the unit was not starting a cycle. It made adjustments to the door switch to make sure it was locking properly. Granite test cycle and found the unit was leaking from the front door boot. The door boot has several scratches and small holes in the unit which indicates a misuse issue. This is not normal wear and tear and is typically not covered under warranty.

Inspected unit and found the unit working properly but running hotter than it should. Put unit into air fluff cycle and heating element did not come on. Put unit into a low and high temp and read the temps as it cycled and found it was cycling about 15-20? higher than it should. Gave customer quote for cycling thermostat and informed them that the control board could be needed but it is discontinued due to the age of the unit. Customer declined repair for now.
