"Inspected unit and found when plugged in, unit would immediately try to drain. Unit did not have any water in it. Customer stated that they had the cold water off at one point and started the cycle with it off and it threw an error code and would not reset. Attempted to put unit into diagnostics. Was able to get error codes from unit but not anything else. Manually unlocked unit. Also pulled pressure tube from pressure switch and blew through it to make sure there were no issues. After that, unit started up. Had unit run entire normal cycle. Unit worked properly."

The water will sit towards the front. It is not getting moved by the wash arms because it isnt in the sump. Also found dispenser door latch missing. The dispenser door wont close. When draining the unit has a rattling noise. Removed drain pump and found plastic debris in the pump. Cleared and unit drains quietly. Unit needs leveled/installed properly and dispenser assembly.
