"Customer states that after first cycle they opened the lid and it shattered. Customer ran a quick wash cycle with no clothes to clean machine of dust. No signs of misuse or abuse. When glass shattered it damaged the console as well. Would like wash plate on hand. Tech has to remove wash plate to clear glass and it may break when removing. Unit needs top, console, and wash plate. Unit does not fall under the recent recall for top load machines. Verified through Samsung. ; ordrng 1 Unknown (Lid) and 1 Unknown (Console) and 1 Unknown (Wash plate)"
