Ran a test cycle and found a large amount of soap suds in the basket. Photo taken and shown to the customer. No other leaks found under the unit. I advised the customer to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis to prevent damage to the drain pump and oversize. All checks ok."

"Customer states that user interface at times chirps and lights on display flicker on/off. They have had A-Z out and they replaced the main control for this issue. It worked fine for a few weeks. Unit still chirps and resets display. Now the unit isnt cooling either. Evaporator fan isnt running. Voltage from control is not correct. Customer states that unit is leaking a small amount of water and plastic shavings are showing up in wash. Inspected unit and found balance ring contacting the tub cover. It wore into the ring and allowed the balance liquid to leak out. This is the leak customer is seeing. Tub ring came loose from tub. Replaced tub ring and cover. Ran to test for other leaks. No leaks from machine and it is spinning smooth. All ok.

Arrived at the home and called techline. Error code E2 displayed on the screen and the unit was a a rinse cycle and filled with water.Spoke with Matt from techline and he advised to have the customer only use the corrugated drain line as recommended by Frigidaire and remove the black line that they have which is causing a kink in the line. Ran a unit through a bulk cycle and got past the rinse cycle with the unit pulled out away from the wall and no kinks in the line. All checks OK
