Agitator now functioning properly. Filled the unit completely with water and ran a test cycle, the unit filled, agitated, drained, and spun to a high speed cycled without any issues or leaks. Inspected the underside of the unit and found no leaks from the drain lines or the inlet water valves or lines. During the drain cycle you could hear water backing up at the drain line in the wall. Advised the customer they will need have a plumber come out and check the line. Contacted AHS (jasmaine)and advised them the customer will need a plumber. AHS said the customer has to call back in.
