"Customer stated that unit is still leaving clothes soaking wet. Suspension is tight, tub ring is aligned properly, tub spins freely by hand and gets to full speed in test. Under cycle history unit shows it isnt getting to full speed. Inspected motor, speed sensors, and belt. Belt is falling apart from the previous transmission leak. Belt got soaked in oil. It is slipping under load and keeping unit from getting to full speed. Unit needs belt. Installed new belt and ran unit with load in rinse and spin cycle. Monitored rpm with load and unit is maintaining speed and not going out of balance. All ok."

Install door latch and ran a test cycle. The unit filled and drain without any issues. There was still a large amount of food and going down by the drain filter. I advise the customer they need to make sure they keep the unit clean and maintained or else it would not be covered underneath warranty in the future.
