Lower ice maker fill tube is leaking again. It leaks past the fill funnel and to the bottom. Fill funnel is misaligned. Spoke with Frigidaire techline; no bulletin or reason funnel should be misaligned other than something pushing it forward. Fill funnel is hitting the evaporator cover when ice maker is fully installed. Removed evaporator cover and found discharge line of evaporator pushing against the cover. Bent line back and reinstalled. Funnel is no longer being pushed forward. Added tube extension to fill tube. Ran to test. No more leaks.

Inspected unit and found everything working properly. Customer had stated the last couple times he used the dishwasher he had used less detergent which had improved the spotting on the dishes. Found he was not using rinse aid. Advised him to use rinse aid as well as letting the unit sit slightly open to help with smells. All checks ok.

Upon arrival I turned the surge protector off to cut power to the unit. I began taking the back panel off the unit and it sparked when it had touch another piece of metal. Immediately unplugged unit from surge protector. Checked surge protector for voltage to ground and found it getting voltage. Checked outlet as well for voltage to ground and found it receiving voltage as well. Informed customer of what I found and advised to get an electrician out to look at the outlet for grounding problems.

Customer states that unit has condensation along the bottom of the fresh food doors and along the top of the freezer drawer. Seals are in good shape. No water leaks from above. Forced mullion on in test mode. It is getting proper voltage from the control. It is testing at 25k ohms. No spec available for mullion. "Inspected the unit and found the door misaligned, ran a test cycle and the unit activated for and ran for about 7 seconds and then shutdown. Could hear the cooling fan hitting something inside the unit. Ran multiple test cycles and the time varied on how long with would run before shutting down.
