Checked unit over and found a blown defrost thermostat. Replaced defrost thermostat and instructed customer to leave the unit unplugged for 24 hours to completely defrost. Then she can plug it back in and it will take 24 hours to get back down to temperature. Unit checks; used 1 5303918634 (DEFROST THERMOSTAT) from stock

Checked unit over found that the refrigerator was holding temperature properly. Freezer was high 30s. Unit only had a partial frost pattern in the freezer compartment and could not get freezer fan to run. Unit is going to need a new freezer fan and sealed system work. Explain the situation to the customer and at the moment he does not want to do the repair. If he decides he wants to repair it he will give us a call back.
