Proceeded to disassemble the unit removed drum. Found a Failed tension pulley. Replaced tension pulley with truck stock. Also found a large amount of lint buildup on one side of the blower wheel housing. Removed all lint. Greased all support wheels. Reassembled the unit. Pushed both units back into the hole. "Upon arrival put unit into diagnostic mode. Check fault codes and found one for the lid lock, a stuck key error, a motor circuit open, and a long fill fault. Ran an automatic test on the unit and found cold water barely coming in at all. Put unit into a normal cycle with warm water and found water coming in well but if using only cold like in a rinse, water barely came in. Washer agitated, drain, and spun properly. Gave customer quote for water valve. Customer would like to try to clean the valve screens first before putting in the new part."

Customer states that the cooktop is inoperable and the upper oven intermittently heats. Voltage to the unit is correct. No loose or broken wires. All elements and temperature sensors test good. Ran both ovens to test and they got to temp in 10 minutes with no issues. The auxiliary board isnt sending voltage to the cooktop elements. The unit needs the auxiliary board and the main boards. ; ordrng 1 WB27T11358 (DRM 1) and 1 WB27T11355 (DRM 2) and 1 WB27T11356 (Main pcb) and 1 WB27T11357 (AUX PCB)
