When diag. the unit tech removed the customer water supply line to see if any deposits where on the screen of the valve. It was completely clear. Installed new water valve and cycled the unit and noticed that the water was just as slow. Removed that water supply line and notice with the help of the customer was was not coming out of the hose. Customer removed the hose and found the hose was good. House shut off valve under the sink was bad.. did install new valve. Left off the waterline so customer can repair his house valve. Not able to test. Customer will have to reattach the supply line to the dishwasher valve .

Also found hair and gunk around the door gasket. To maintain the unit the customer should keep the gasket clean and use cleaning tablets on a regular basis to keep it cleaned out. OVEN THERMADORE COULDNT LOCATE 1/5/2
Checked unit over found that the lower oven door hinges that snapped in the door would not close. Unit is about 15 years old in the kitchen. Unit needs both hinges on lower oven door.
