Pump is getting voltage to both sides. 120 vac from ground to blue wire and 47vac between ground and grey. Control is shorted causing voltage to both sides of the pump. Pump wont run because of the voltage short to neutral. Unit needs control board and possibly pump. Pump resistance is good but may have been shorted. Customer to think on repair and call in if they wish to proceed.

Removed the agitator and attempted to remove the inner basket and could not remove it off the gearcase. Inspected the unit and found it leaking. On a test cycle to make a loud banging noise. Removed the top panel and found damage to the outer and inner basket along with one of the waterlines leaking. Tried to run a test cycle and found damage to the wiring harness and control. Second tech required.
