Inspected unit and found the fresh food section an average of 38° in the freezer section an average of 23°. Unit had only been plugged in for about a day. Found a large rust spot on the back of the unit on the freezer section side and it appears the insulation on the back of the unit failed allowing moisture and ice to build up causing the back panel to rust. Reference photos attached. Unit is 7 years old and located in the kitchen. This is a pre-existing condition and from the signs of rust and damage has been this way for at least a year. Called AHS and they are placing the unit into replacement options. Called the customer and advised.
