"Inspected the unit and found that the customer had replaced the drain line themselves. This did resolve their draining issue. Unit is now draining as it should. Upon inspection, customer has a plastic tub which will 100% need rinse aid to dry the dishes. The rinse reservoir was completely dry. I instructed the customer that this unit will absolutely need jet dry to resolve the drying issue. On top of that the unit is hooked directly to their cold waterline. I instructed the customer that they will need a certified plumber to connect the hot water line to the dishwasher. Unit is running as it should."

Check the temperatures in the freezer and they were sitting around 10? made sure that the door seal was closing properly, and also made adjustments to the door. Checked out the unit and found build up on the back of the evaporator cover and temps were to high in the freezer. Due to amount of frost we recommended a 48 hr defrost to reset the heater and to clear out the frost build up. Lights in the unit would randomly all go out and unplugging the unit would make them come back on. Checks ok
