Also missing segments on the display. The unit is in need of the fresh food evaporator kit. The drain pan is bowed keeping water from draining properly. This allows it to freeze and frost over. The food freezes because of close contact to so much ice/frost. The ice maker air flow is then reduced causing it to slowly produce ice. I took videos of the unit going up and down and sent them to Bosch . Spoke with Bosch about the unit and they said it is normal for the unit to have a little bit of wobble as its going up and downuntil its stabilizes. There are no parts that can be replaced in order to fix this. Called and informed customer of what Bosch has said.
