Upon arrival customer stated that unit makes a rattle noise at times and this morning an F5E2 error occurred. Checked unit for noise and found wash plate loose. Customer stated that it was replaced once. Bolt came loose. Inspected plate and splines are stripped. Plate will slip on transmission shaft. Inspected unit for error. Found lid lock shorted open causing error. Unit needs wash plate and lid lock. ; ordrng 1 W10810403 (Lid lock) and 1 W10752283 (Wash plate)

WASHER FRIGIDAIRE n/a
Upon arrival customer stated that unit shows F11 error and leaks. F11 is a long fill error. This error only occurs on bedding cycle. Ran unit to test and its not getting hot water. Valve is getting voltage but not opening. Bedding cycle calls for hot only. This is why code only appears in that cycle. Leak is coming from the seal between the tub halves. Tried to tighten tub screw but this did not stop leak. Unit needs water valve and tub seal. ; ordrng 1 5304520351 (O ring) and 1 134959330 (Valve)

Upon arrival customer stated that unit wont start. Has to jiggle start button to get it to work. Removed console to inspect. No loose connections. Button has an intermittent short causing no start. Tab the holds button on console is cracked. Unit needs console and user interface board. Pets are NLA and confirmed with Chris. Need to send back to LG. ; ordrng 1 6871ER2078A (User interface board) and 1 AGL30906701 (Control panel)

Upon arrival customer stated that unit sparked from side to side and burnt a spot in the enamel. Inspected and found two spots where enamel is chipped. Spots are where rack slides in. Ran unit to test. Unit heated fine with no issues. Could not duplicate concern of arching. Liner needs touched up. Need to pseudo call back on Monday so I can contact LG to discuss. ; O-emld tckt

Inspected unit and found the magnetron not heating and defective. Ran 1 min 1 cup of water through a cycle and the water did not heat. Tested the buttons on the control board and several number buttons did not respond. The unit is nine years old and located in the kitchen. Ordering parts.; rqstng P&A on 1 1111111 (Magnetron) and 1 2222222 (Control board assembly(connected to the display panel))
