Customer states that unit is showing F2E1 error. This is a stuck button error. Customer has replaced the console themselves. This worked for a few days then error came back. Inspected harness and it is good. Voltage to the user interface is good. Right side oven control is shorting causing error. Unit needs control. Customer is thinking on repair. Will call in if they wish to proceed.
