Upon arrival put unit into diagnostic mode. Customer concern was about the fridge continuously freezing items though they had tried to adjusted temps to the higher setting. Turned on evaporator fan and air baffle motor through diagnostics. Immediately heard rattling from the air baffle motor. Motor would not open and close properly. Customer states that unit is intermittently not draining. Inspected sump. No debris or blockages. Filters are clean. Nothing blocking the drain hose and it has a siphon loop. Removed drain pump to inspect. Found drain pump reading on the high side of its resistance specification. Longer the pump runs the weaker it gets. Replaced the drain pump and ran to test. Unit is draining as it should. All ok.
