The customer showed me how much detergent they are using and they are using a full caps worth. This is about four times more detergent than they need. I advised the customer they should only use 1 tablespoon to 2 tablespoons of detergent or else it will oversudes and make the unit think it is flooding. This will result in the unit stopping midcycle and draining all the water out without spinning out the clothes. All checks OK. Ticket number 4158865308"

Customer noticed unit is leaking water during the rinse cycle, found that when the unit spun out main wash cycle it was causing the tub to tilt forward and rinse water was not able to enter the basket. Adjusted wash basket so that it will stay centered in the cabinet. Unit is filling properly in the rinse cycle. If theres any more service needed on this washer due to the tub movement no further recommendations can be made nor adjustments. The cabinet of the washer is in poor condition and isnt going to withstand any more adjustments due to the conditions.

Inspected unit and found it out of level. This will cause unit to go out of balance and bang in spin. Leveled unit and advised customer on proper load type, size, and selection. All ok. Ok to bill per Chasity."

"Inspected the unit and found an error code for door lock failure and oversudes while in diagnostic. Ran a manual test cycle and an automatic test cycle and both filled with hot and cold water testing each valve, washed, drained, and spun through the low, medium, and high speed cycles. The customer is using powered amway HE detergent and using 1 scoop which is roughly 2 tbs. I advised the customer to use the affresh cleaning tablets once a month to break down and cleanout the remaining detergent in the unit. No other issues found, the unit is functioning as designed."

"Inspected the unit and ran a normal load test cycle in the unit filled with both hot and cold water, washed, drained, and spun on low, medium and high. Customer stated when running bedding on heavy duty unit was overfilling. While running the test cycle I found a large amount of soap suds buildup in the unit. I showed this to the customer and advise them that excessive soap suds can mess with the sensors and the unit not be able to determine how much water is in the unit. I advise the customer to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis. Tested the hot and cold water valves and they both open and close properly. Ran a test and found the pressure sensor functioning properly and turning off when the unit was filled to the correct amount of water. I advise the customer on heavy loads if there is blockage in the drain line it can cause the drain line to back up. All checks OK, unit functioning properly at this time."

"Oven off no voltage going to elements. Proceeded to put into bake 350F bake element getting 240V as it should and 120V to convection fan while pre-heating. Once pre-heated unit will not use convection fan but upper cooling fan will run. Explained and showed customer when relay closes sending voltage to element and display will show lower light bar, and go off when not sending voltage. Unit has been functioning ok, and when turned off checked temperature was dropping. Unit checks ok."

Suggested customer call customer service and see if they stand behind the control, unit is located in a finished out building and has only been used a handful of times. Like brand new. Collected service call fee."
