Ran multiple test cycles on the icemaker in the freezer section and found either the waterline is partially blocked due to ice and not allowing the water to smoothly flow into the ice mold or the high water pressure is affecting the water entering into the ice mold. Advised the customer to defrost the unit for 24 hours with all doors opened to allow the waterline to completely defrost and if the issue persists to contact a plumber to try to lower the water pressure running to the unit."

"Customer states that water is coming out of the ice chute and it is dispensing only crushed ice. Also when they recently changed the water filter when they removed it the water kept spraying out with the filter removed. Filter is not a factory Samsung filter. The filter head will not close anymore. The use of aftermarket filters has caused this issue. The unit needs the filter head. Control has a 40C error. This is an ice room fan error. Icemaker is froze up. Thawed ice and fan is operating correctly. Ice maker is functioning as it should. Ice maker froze up because the ice bucket is cracked. It is sealing well and is allowing the ice to melt and refresh. When the ice melts condensation builds up around the ice room fan stopping it from moving. Unit needs ice bucket and filter head. ; ordrng 1 DA82-02869A (Case assembly), used 1 DA97-14474C (Ice bucket) from stock"

"Customer states that the vibration/hum sound is back and has recently had dry time issues. They state that regardless of load size, or cycle selection they have to run it twice to dry. Found flex vent kinked behind the machine. Removed vent to inspect for blockages. Nothing major found. Advised customer to shorten the length of the flex vent to prevent kinking. Ran unit to test in timed dry. Temperature is cycling between 130-150 on high temperature setting. Unit needs thermistor and main pcb. The noise is cabinet vibration. Found signs of the unit being dropped in the rear. The left rear corner is damaged. This is causing the noise under load. Advised the customer that this damage is not a factory defect. It is not covered under warranty. It is also not affecting the operation of the unit.
