Inspected the unit and found that both the hot and cold water lines were disconnected. It was in a tight space so I had to take off both the front panels to be able to reach my arm back there to secure the waterlines. Cleaned out the screens secured the waterlines. Ran a test cycle. And noticed a large amount of calcium buildup around the water outlet into the tub. Causing the water to spray backward and flood out the inside of the unit. Cleaned off all calcium deposits. Ran another test cycle. All checked OK. Reassembled the unit.

Inspected unit and found an error code for over suds. Customer also complained of mildew smell building up inside the unit. Advise the customer to use 2 tablespoons or less of detergent or have the auto detergent and fill on the lowest setting as the manufacturer has realized anything more than 2 tablespoons of detergent will start to cause issues with the safety flood sensor known as the water pressure sensor in the unit. Advise the customer that the smell buildup is often caused from residual detergent building up and causing an odor. Recommend the customer using the cleaning tablets at least every two weeks (and clean out the drain pump) and recommended they run two cycles of the cleaning tablets through and then an empty cycle to help break down detergent buildup in the unit.
