Checked unit over found that one of the mounting studs had fallen down inside the microwave. Removed and disassembled the microwave reinstalled mounting stud. I did inform customer that the bolt in the mounting stud had been cross threaded and were both stripped out. They needed to replace both the bolt and the mounting thread. This is not covered under warranty because this was an installation issue and not a manufacture defect.

Inspected the unit and found lint build up in the lint trap and surrounding area. Found the unit unleveled and wobbling. Cleaned out lint and moisture sensor bars. The moisture sensor bars are located on the other side of the lint trap. They are two metal bars that need to be cleaned every 3-6 months. Clean with a warm damp towel and small amount of soap. Ran a test cycle and the unit heated without issue. Ran a test cycle on the moisture sensors and control board and they both passed. Ran a timed dry cycle and it functioned without error. Unit functioning properly. Recommended having the vent lines cleaned yearly. All checks ok

Cycled icemaker, unit harvested but little water came out. Tried dispenser same thing. Checked household pressure coming from wall is good. Suspect water filter plugged or need new water valve. Customer is going to purchase new filter and let us know from there."

"Inspected unit and found the fuse on top of the magnetron had blown, no voltage to the control board. Installed an extra fuse from truck stock (a jumper fuse). Control board now powering on. Ran a test cycle and found both fans (vent and mag tub fans) running, the interior light and door switches responding correctly and the board counting down. Unit did not heat cup of water. No voltage to the lowest door switch from the board. Tested door switch and it passed. Voltage going to the magnetron (high voltage, is not safe to check amount of voltage) per check with hot stick. The customer can continue using the unit until it fails completely. Estimated provided.
