Checked unit over found that the unit was heating and tumbling with no issues. Check the venting at the back of the dryer and I had good strong airflow. Check venting that went up to the house with about 20 feet to 30 feet away only about half of the airflow is coming out. Shut the customer to run one cycle with the vent deattached and see how I dried. But they will need to get their vents cleaned

Checked unit over found that the unit would not drain the water out. You could hear that there was a piece of glass or an object in the drain pump. Dishwasher could not be removed because the flooring was run directly to the dishwasher so it cannot be pulled out. They let the customer know that debris in the drain pump is not covered by American home shield that she would need to replace the drain pump in order to fix it.
