I informed customer the reason her tub was knocking was because she was not putting enough clothes in the washer to properly weigh it down as the unit has a large tub. Advised customer to start running larger loads and that her loads should reach about the halfway mark on the machine before water. All checks ok."

Inspected unit and found the freezer built up with ice. Also noticed the rails frosted over making it difficult to push and pull the freezer door. Found some gapping along the freezer liners as well. Customer informed me he had defrosted it recently and this had built up within a few days. I took off the evaporator cover and found a large chunk of ice coating the inlet/outlet of the evaporator lines. Steamed out the large chunk of ice and made sure the openings to the fridge were clear. I made sure there werent any cracks in the liner causing moisture to get in. Made sure railings were defrosted allowing the freezer to be closed smoothly and securely. Sealed up the liner gaps with food grade sealant. All checks ok.
