No error codes either. Ran again with same results. Unable to duplicate concern. Suspect soap scum is getting into pressure switch causing it to misread. Advised customer to use cleaning product.

Checked unit over found that the unit wasnt draining and had standing water in the bottom of the unit. Put into spin cycle and drain pump was running but not moving water. Disassembled back and cleared out drain pump. Found string wrapped around pump not allowing impeller to move. Cleared string and reassembled and unit started draining with no issues. Instructed customer to test. Informed Aarons if customer has more issue it will need a new drain pump.

Unit is still agitating weakly. Voltage to motor is good, motor windings are good, capacitor is testing good. Replaced capacitor from stock to test. Unit is agitating as it should now. Capacitor is testing good but shorts out when voltage is applied. ; used 1 W10625045 (Capacitor) from stock"

Customer states that since the water filter was changed the unit drips from the front dispenser. Customer is using a Samsung filter and its fitting tightly. Customer is on well water. Hard water/rust got into the valve and is keeping it slightly open. Replaced valve and ran to test. All ok. No more constant drip. Unit drips what residual water is left then stops.

"Inspected the unit and found the drain pump clogged and leaking. I emptied the unit out and found a large amount of gunk, metal, coins, and a partial credit card in the filter and hose line. Cleared debris and ran a test cycle. Unit filled with water washed and drained without any issues. Ran a second large test cycle with no issues. All checks OK"
