Installed all provided parts and verified correct operation. Unit checked good

"Customer states that the unit intermittently wont drain. It is showing an error when this occurs. Checked control for error codes and found F9E1, and F9E2. Both are drain pump errors. Forced unit to drain and it did with no issues. Removed drain pump to inspect. Nothing blocking the pump or hose. Drain hose is installed correctly. Removed door skin to inspect the control. Found the drain motor connector not fully inserted. This has caused the control to overheat. The unit needs the control and drain pump. ; ordrng 1 W11412291 (Drain pump) and 1 W11506011 (Control)"

Checked unit over found that the unit wasnt draining and full of water cleared out drain pump and tested. Unit pouring water out in front of door in the middle tub is warped and leaking. Tub isnt replaceable part. No repair per AHS.

Adjusted door seal and tested unit. Unit check OK

Checked unit over found the ground wire on the timer had come loose. This was keeping the dryer from heating and also keeping it from advancing. Fixed ground wire on timer. Checks OK

Checked unit unit over found the unit had a broken belt and a broken blower wheel. Unit needs new belt and blower wheel repaired. Send estimate over. Billing for trip charge for now

Inspected the unit and found water back filling into the tub from the garbage disposal. Advised the customer to have a plumber out to check for proper draining if the issue returns.

"Customer states that the timer isnt advancing in the automatic settings and the end of cycle signal didnt stop buzzing. The customer had unplugged the unit and since then it has been operating correctly. Voltage to the unit is correct at 243vac. All thermostats test good as do thermal fuses. No loose or broken wires. Ran unit to test. The timer advanced in auto setting with no load as it should. End of cycle signal is operating correctly as well. I am unable to duplicate concern of not advancing. No problem found. If the problem reoccurs, it is most likely a bad timer."

"Customer stated that the cooktop surface and frame get very hot when running the oven. They had another unit exchanged from BB for the same issue. Whirlpool has a bulletin in regards to cooktop surface temperature limits. The bulletin states that there is no temperature limit on the cooktop surface. The surface includes the perimeter edge and vertical sides. Meaning that the manufacturer is expecting the edges and cooktop to get hot during oven use. There is no UL guideline for the cooktop temperature because limiting those temperatures would limit the functionality of the oven. Inspected the unit for proper insulation, and door sealing. Insulation is good and the oven door is sealing well. Per bulletin test I heated the oven to 475. Testing the temperature at the front edge of the cooktop. Edge of cooktop got to 94 degrees after preheat. Allowed unit to cycle. Temp after 20 minutes is 110, temp after 40 minutes is 124, temp after 60 minutes is 130. There is no set limit for the cooktop temperatures. The unit is functioning as it should. No parts could be replaced to change the operation. Advised customer."

Fixed lints screen housing and replaced lint screen. Checks OK

Inspected the unit and found that the lid switch was in need of an adjustment. Adjusted the switch. Searched all gaskets and hosing on the unit for any kind of leaks. Could not find a leak or any sign that it ever was leaking. Unit checks OK

"Customer states that the unit was making a loud noise when running and it is weak cooling. Another service company was out and diagnosed it as a bad compressor. They never sent to quote to AST. The unit has been operating correctly in the past week. No error codes on the control currently. Turned temp down below zero in the freezer to kick the compressor on. The compressor and all fans are operating quietly. Amp draw of the compressor is .8 amps. Well within spec. Unplugged unit and plugged back. When unit came on the ice maker started making a large amount of noise. Replaced icemaker and he is quiet. The freezer evaporator fan is not running. It is not getting voltage from the main control. This is why the unit has weak cooling. The unit will need main control board in the evaporator cover with fan.; ordrng 1 DA97-21002A (Evap cover w/fan) and 1 DA92-01199R (Main PCB), used 1 DA97-07603B (Ice maker) from stock"

Inspected the unit and found a failed a sealed system. ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 5303305677 (FilterDryer)

Inspected unit and found the unit draining properly but unit had error code for low fill. Found hot water not coming in very well. Cold water coming in properly. Had unit fill and drain multiple times and unit drained properly. Ordering part. ; rqstng P&A on 1 203741 (Water valve)

Updated software and fixed connection on water valve checks ok

Checked unit over found out the control board and the touchpad were completely dead. Also unit full of water. Model and serial tag is worn off. Pictures are attached.
