Ran a test cycle and the unit filled with water and found no leaks or H20 error code. Upon canceling the cycle the drain pump would not shut off. Connected the unit to the newfi and updated the firmware which is suppose to fix any bugs with the H20 error code. Ran multiple test cycles and the drain pump would not shutoff and start to fill with water. Reset the control and the same issue. Advised the customer they could have a faulty pressure sensor or main control. Unable to verify which. Recommended replacing the pressure switch first. Approved. Inspected the unit and found on high heat. The dryer only getting up to 75?. Reset the control board and ran another test cycle and is now getting up to 107? on high temperature. Found poor airflow to the exterior of the home. Ripped up about 40 or 50 small pieces of paper towel and placed into the blower housing wheel assembly and ran a five minute test cycle and found almost no debris on the roof from the vent line. Customer has a blocked vent and recommended the customer have vent cleaning company come out and clear the vent line from the roof down to the dryer.

"Inspected the unit and ran a bake cycle to 350 and the unit heated up to the correct ranges. Ran a second bake test to 400 and the unit would heat up and also got to the correct ranges again. Inspected the convection and found the convection bake working as well and the fan spinning, also showed the customer some different features on the top of the burners. All checks good."
