Ran a drain cycle and went down the basement where the drain line ran and found that the drain line running into the P-trap inside the basement. "Arrived and found that the plumber did not clear out the drain line on the washing machine. He cleared out the pipe behind the washer, which has nothing to do with why this unit is not draining. I explained to the customer for a third time that it is the drain line on the washing machine that needs to be replaced, and I will reach out to the warranty company, but they have already denied the claim once."
