"Unit is 19 years old in kitchen. Customer states that the refrigerator water supply line split and flooded the kitchen. Unit has been running since then and is cooling properly. Compressor is drawing 1 amp. Well within specification. Condenser and evaporator fans are operating. Ice maker and dispenser operate correctly. Compressor area has no rust. Cover for the base and back are saturated with water and will need replaced. Condenser coil is dirty with dust/debris. Tech recommends replacing the base/back covers, and cleaning the condenser coils. Otherwise unit is in good shape. Base cover is no longer manufactured. It can be removed and this will not affect the function of the unit."

Inspected the unit and found lint buildup on the inside of the dryer door. Made adjustments to the door as it seems to not be closing up properly. Ran a timed heated cycle and it ran for about 30 seconds and shut down while displaying a red light above the start button and displaying the clean lint filter light. Vent line for the apartment needs cleared by an HVAC company. The vent line is partially blocked and is causing the unit to shut down due to it over heating.
