Customer states that unit is making the noise more now since the shifter was changed. No error codes stored. Inspected clutch and transmission. No signs of abnormal wear. Removed wash plate to inspect. No wear to the splines and wash plate was tight. No wear on the drive hub. Nothing in the drain pump thats causing the noise. Noise is coming from the transmission assembly. Under a load of clothes the drive shaft moves causing the grinding. Unit needs transmission assembly. ; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Transmission assembly)
