Before pulling unit to inspect drain pump I noticed the unit is ran on an extension hose for the drain. The hose is kinked where it goes through the cabinet. This is why it is slow to drain and pump is noisy. Unit needs drain pump. Customer is going to have drain line extension fixed. Checked unit over found that the door seal was leaking water. Disassembled the unit and adjusted the door seal and cleaned the inner door seal tub gasket. Reassembled unit and tested unit was not leaking anymore. Ran unit through diagnostics and found that the unit would not run into the heating cycle. Reprogrammed control board and tested in diagnostics and all checks okay.
