Checked unit over found that the unit would drain water out of the dishwasher with no issues. As long as it was not hooked up to the copper piping that ran through the basement. I disconnected the drain hose right before it hooked to the copper pipe and it drained out water with no issues. As soon as I hooked it up to the copper pipe that ran through the basement the unit would not drain out. I also could not pull any water through the drain line when it was hooked up to the copper pipe. Plumbers need to clean out the drain line

When I pulled the top rear panel off to expose the control, I found the control with a burnt spot on it. This was causing the relay to stick open. Gave customer quote.
