"Inspected unit. Customers concern is that it fills up with water, but sometimes it will not start the unit because its not sensing that there is enough water to start it. I tested all the mechanical settings on a diagnostic cycle after clearing a few fault codes, which were related to long fill. Looking into their washer basket I noticed that they have a lot of rust in their water. They are getting water out of the valve, but Im believing that whats happening is that there is some buildup in the water valve and its causing issues when it comes to filling the unit so Im ordering a new water valve also customer cannot use cold water on the switch dispenser so Im ordering a new dispenser unit as well.; ordrng 1 W11220230 (Inlet water valve) and 1 W11550898 (Water switch bezel) and 1 W11569112 (Water dispenser)"

"Inspected the dishwasher. The customers concern is that the unit drains very slow. Upon inspection and testing of the unit I found that it has an extended drain hose on there and also the drain hose is pretty clogged up. Also, when I tested the unit, the unit would randomly just kick on and off without me even touching any buttons and when the pump motor and everything kicked on, its just made some really loud grinding. Inspected the unit and found that the drain line was out of the drain tub overflowing onto the floor. Secured line back into the tub. Unit will need to go through a 24 hour defrost and then be plugged in to function like it should due to the passage ways to the refrigerator section being blocked with ice from a seemingly breached gasket to the freezer.
