Checked out the unit and found that the door lock was not locking. Remove the front of the washer and found the door lock was not locking. Made adjustments to the wires going to the door lock and removed the zip tie due to the wires being pulled too tight. Reassembled the unit and reinstalled the door boot. Ran a test cycle in the door. Started locking. Checks OK. sending invoice to company
