Check unit over found that the refrigerator with spike as high as 55? in the freezer was getting up anywhere from 8 to 10? regularly. I found both sections including the crisper drawer were not down to temperature fluctuating approximately 5 to 7? warmer than what they should be. Refrigerator evaporator only had 3/4 frost pattern. Freezer frost pattern seem to be pretty good. We believe this unit has a partial sealed system leak along with an issue with the freezer evaporator and control unit would need a new compressor along with control board and freezer evaporator assembly. due to previous work on units our recommendation is to replace this unit and not to move further along with these repairs.

"Checked out the unit and the unit was not cooling and getting down to temps. Also found out the fan inside the freezer was not spinning. Disassembled the freezer section and found the wire at the back of the freezer was unplugged. Plugged the fan back up and let it sit to check the temperatures and still not getting down to temps. Disassembled the back of the unit and ran test on the compressor and found that the compressor would not kick on and the unit would need a compressor and start a relay kit. Called and advised of the cost, and they did not want to proceed further."

"Checked out the unit and found that the icemaker was not cycling. Reset the icemaker and also noticed the freezer door had a large gap in the gasket which was allowing warm air into the freezer. Adjusted the door and advised customer to give it 48 hours to let the icemaker start cycling again, due to the warm temperatures and at not allowing the icemaker to cycle. Unit also has no water inside the ice. Checks OK"

"Checked out the unit and found the unit completely dead and not powering on, and no lights. Remove the control off of the unit and found a wire that was broken at the back of the unit. Repaired the wire and reassembled the control after assembly the control the unit still would not power on, or have lights on. Removed the panel off the back and found power going into the back of the unit was not the correct voltage. Found that one of the pens going through the connector at the back was loose. Made adjustments to the pen. Plugged the unit back up and the unit powered up and started to cool. Advised customer to give 12 to 24 hours to start cooling. Checks OK"
