Checking it over and found the unit was not cooling. Unit needs new compressor and filter dryer. Unit is about 30 years old located in the kitchen. The model tag is ripped and torn. Pictures of tag are attached.; rqstng P&A on 1 ##### (Compressor) and 1 #### (Filter drier)

Unit needs suspension rods and gearcase ; ordrng 1 W11130362 (Damper) and 1 W11454734 (Gearcase)

Inspected the unit and found an abnormal grinding and squealing noise coming from the gear case. Pull the unit for it inspected the underside and found gear case it cracked and caused grease to leak underneath the unit onto the rotor and stater and clutch. Photo attached. Attempted to remove the impeller wash plate and could not get it to remove as it is stuck on the gear case. Entered diagnostics and ran a test cycle and confirmed the noise. The customer was concerned about coming from the gear case. Customer also noticed an abnormal noise and while running test cycles found the drain pump would constantly turn on while trying to recalibrate. The unit is five years old and located in the laundry room. Not a recommended repair as at this point you will need to be rebuilt along with a new control board. Technician recommends to replace the unit. Inspected the washing machine Found error code F0E7 indication of a low detection on a clean wash cycle. Customer states she never selected a clean wash cycle indicating a fault with the control system. Checked out the unit and found that the lid was broke at the bottom left corner of the lid. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 W11130236 (Lid) and 1 WP8572974 (Hinge) and 1 WP8563965 (Hinge)

Checked out the unit and found an error code for the unit not shifting properly. Installed a new slider and ran a test cycle. Checks OK; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Slider(TS)

Replaced thermistor checks ok ; used 1 8577274 (THERMISTOR) from stock

Unit needs new control due to not powering on and throwing code. Customer to think about repair.

"Replaced cam and actuator. Checks ok unit has a slight noise from the transmission when it is agitating, but everything is functioning and working properly. Checked unit over found the unit was leaking from the door seal. Adjusted door seal and cleaned off around door. Also checked all waterlines. Checks OK

Checked unit over and found that the refrigerator section was 65?. Checked freezer section and it was holding lower temps. Freezer fan is intermittently running unit is not producing any ice. Unit has sealed system leak and partial frost pattern on the rear evaporator of the freezer. This unit needs sealed system work and potentially a freezer fan or control board that is causing this unit not to cool properly. This failure occurred just one day after the unit was plugged in. Provided information to the customer before any repairs are done they want to reach out to where they purchased the unit from.

Customer was complaining that there would be times where they would close the door in the microwave would start on its own. They said they've only had it installed a week. I didnt notice the door was bent pretty far down and not launching up very well. I straightened in a line door as best as possible. Unit seems to line up better now and the door is closing properly and instructed the customer to run and use as normal and let us know if there are any further issues.

Checked unit over I found the unit was not draining and was full of water. Tried to clear out drain pump that had several rocks in. It could not get drained rocks removed out of drain pump. Unit needs new drain pump. I spoke with a customer informed them that this is not considered normal wear and tear and this is not something that the extended warranty would cover. Customer wants to think about repair.

"Inspected the unit and made minor adjustments to the burner assemblies and caps. All burners are functioning properly. Based on this design and model number, the burners to have a slight delay in starting up, this is normal operating process for this unit."

Inspected the unit and found the tub filled with water and clothes. Ran a drain and spin cycle. Could notice an abnormal burning smell. We moved the front panel and found damage to the gear case and motor assembly in the burning smell was coming from the motor. The unit is 15+ years old and located in the laundry room. Components showing is no longer available. Called AHS and advised of issues and recommended to replace the unit. AHS to contact customer regarding replacement options. auth#125SRNI

Inspected the unit and found the gear case cracked. While manually spinning the basket you can hear a grinding and clicking noise and the gear case separating from the basket. Installed parts and ran a manual cycle and found no issues. Good temperatures in the unit. Customers had intermittent issues with this unit for a long period of time. Advised it could have possible issues with wiring running through the door or the unit if this does not resolve the issue. Advised the customer could take 24 to 48 hours for ice production to return.

Made adjustment to temps. Provided info to the customer. All checks ok.

Inspected the dishwasher and found the wash motor defective and control board with issues. Will not drain on a cancel cycle. Customer denied repair at this time.

"Inspected the refrigerator and found the drain tube plugged with debris and lint, causing an iceblpck and an ice sheet on the bottom of the freezer. Steamed and cleaned drain line, reassembled unit. Everything checks good."

"Inspected the refrigerator found the freezer door out of adjustment sagging down and rubbing on the refrigerator door handle not allowing door to constantly close properly. Adjusted the freezer door, removed small bit of frost. All seals check good."

Inspected the range found a error code F2E1 stored indicating stuck or shorted key. Customer states power went out for approximately 20 minutes. Unit has been working properly since then.

"Inspected the dryer and found the belt off the pulley again. Reinstalled belt, belt has proper tension and advised the maintenance staff that was with me on site the belt looks good and has good tension. Unit has to be rotated in opposite direction throwing belt off. Clothes in the dryer or dry indicating that this is happening after dryer has stopped running. Tenant was not on site to physically show me how they remove clothing from the dryer."

Installed new freezer door

Unit has a wiring issue internal of the cabinet shorted out non repairable. Called BSS they said email the record into them to take care of the situation

Inspected unit and found the unit building up a lot of ice on the back evaporator cover. Put unit into diagnostic mode and found everything working properly. Found the door seal not sealing up properly because the door was not straight. Ice build up had clogged and restricted the air vents causing the high temps. Adjusted door. Advised customer to defrost unit for at least 24 hours to allow for ice to melt. All checks ok.

Checked unit over found the unit was bouncing all over the place and making a terrible grinding noise on the high spin speed. Unit needs a new suspension rods and gear case. Inspected the refrigerator found the icemaker is defective. Customer had been tapping it with a mallet breaking the ejection fingers on the right hand side of the icemaker. Customer states for approximately four years icemaker has never worked properly would always sound like gears grinding and not rejecting the last two rows of ice. Gave customer a quote to replace icemaker customer approved repair.; ordrng 1 Wr30x35287 (Ice maker)

"Inspected the refrigerator, customer states icemaker does not stop producing ice and found the icemaker over filling with water, causing ice crystals and ice cubes to stick together. Adjust the door seals and cleared out drain pump cleared out detergent buildup. Aligned door latch properly tested unit multiple times unit is not leaking. Check OK

"Checked unit over found the drain hose had come out of the standpipe. Customer had it all taped up. Drain hose is stretched to the max. I did zip tie it for her to try to hold it in place, but I explained to her if she moves it around or shifts things, it can pull it out and cause the unit to leak again."

Recommended the customer use cleaning tablets before running anymore detergent through the unit."

Checked out the unit and found that there was a noise coming from the freezer section. Removed the evaporator cover and made adjustments to the fan on the inside of the freezer. Advised customer that these units after installing will make noises that will come and go. Checks ok

Checks out the unit and found lint buildup around the blower fan and it was causing a large amount of vibration when going through a cycle. Check out the unit and found that the wire going to the wash motor had come unplugged and was not going through a wash cycle. Plugged the unit back up and ran a test cycle. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found the bottom drawer was not installed properly and was not closing all the way. Removed the drawer and cleaned out some broken glass in the bottom of it. Also made adjustments to the drawer to help it close properly. Checks OK
