Lower ice maker fill tube is leaking again. It leaks past the fill funnel and to the bottom. Fill funnel is misaligned. Spoke with Frigidaire techline; no bulletin or reason funnel should be misaligned other than something pushing it forward. Fill funnel is hitting the evaporator cover when ice maker is fully installed. Removed evaporator cover and found discharge line of evaporator pushing against the cover. Bent line back and reinstalled. Funnel is no longer being pushed forward. Added tube extension to fill tube. Ran to test. No more leaks.

Inspected the unit and found the drain line was not installed with a loop that goes above the garbage disposal. Ran a test cycle and found no leaks underneath the unit I found the dishwasher backing up with water due to the fact the garbage disposal was not functioning properly and clogged up and because the unit did not have a loop installed in the drain line. Provided information to customer and advised them to have a plumber come out and clear the garbage disposal and replace it and have the installation team come out and properly install the drain line.

Customer states that a shirt got caught in the drum. Removed shirt and inspected drum seal. No damage to seal. Ran to test. No noise or abnormal operation. Shirt that was caught is very thin and can easily be pulled in by the drum. Advised customer to put thin items in laundry bags to prevent them from getting stuck. All ok.

"Customer states that they are smelling gas after using the broiler for the first time in a long time. No gas leaks at the supply line, no leaks at the cooktop. Strong odor inside the oven when door is opened. Leak detector went off near the broiler burner. Found gas valve stuck open for the broiler burner. This is allowing gas to leak past. Shut off gas supply and unplugged unit. Due to cost and age of repair customer does not wish to proceed."

"Customer states that after a power outage the unit would not come back on. They unplugged the unit and it came on and started cooling. Stated that light on bottom was flashing when power came back on. This was a power failure indicator. Unit had to be reset before it would cool again. By unplugging it they reset it. Temperature in freezer is 17 degrees. No loose connections, no broken wires. Voltage to unit is correct and outlet is properly grounded. Unit is operating as it should."
