"I adjusted door seal and cleaned out drain pump. Could not find any leaks on the washer after running it 2 to 3 times we could hear the standpipe start to fill up with water and overflow. Customer said her husband tried to clear out the standpipe. They will need a plumber to resolve this issue, called in and spoke with American shield."
