"Inspected the unit and found the thermal shut off fuse had failed again. Customer advised the unit was getting hotter than normal and an abnormal noise coming from the motor. Ran a test cycle and could hear the motor making a loud grinding/vibration noise. The front and rear bulkhead are chipping paint due to high heat exposure. Appears to have a faulty timer and harness, causing you to intermittently leave the heat on or not activated. Called HBW and they advised to call back later due to the call volume. Will try to reach them tomorrow. ; O-emld tckt"
