Called customer when I was on my way to ask them to start a cycle for me. Upon arrival cycle was started and could not find any leaks. I let cycle run through. Adjusted legs in the front to give unit a slight tilt back to keep water further away from the door. Towards the end of the cycle the unit started leaking. I found it leaking from the tray all the way down the door to the bottom. Also found unit would leak occasionally from the door. Made sure everything on the door was tight as well as with the tray. Could not get unit to leak again. All checks ok.
