And then it will start back up again later. Pulled unit out away from the wall. Checked over all screw screws. All screws are present and made sure that they were tight. Everything is fastened as it should be from factory noise slightly still persists. I explained to the customer that at this point, everything has been done that can be done to cause the noise to quiet down. Check out the unit and found that the unit was not draining properly. Ran it through a drain cycle and the unit will kick the drain pump pump on and try to pump any water but the drain line is completely plugged up with food and debris. Removed the line at the garbage disposal cleaned out the best we could. Advise customer to clean through the drain line to resolve the issue going further. Checks OK
