Upon arrival checked for any water in the base and found none. Plugged unit and started a cycle. Watched for any leaks in the base and found none. Let cycle run for about 20 minutes. Canceled cycle to run the drain pump and found no leaks. All checks ok.

Upon arrival plugged unit back in and into diagnostics. Checked all thermistors to make sure they were good. Pulled off evaporator cover and found water still in the drain area. Cleared drain of clog. Found a large amount of water pooled in the bottom of the freezer as well. Cleaned everything up. All checks ok.

"Upon arrival took front panel off of unit. Found a large amount of fluff as if from a pillow throughout the cabinet. Due to this, I wanted to be sure nothing was hindering the inner basket from spinning. When I took tub cover off I found a large dense piece of fluff stuck between the two tubs. Removed fluff and took out inner basket to check for any more fluff. Found none. Put unit back together and started a spin cycle. All checks ok."
