"Customer stated that unit isnt draining again, water is leaking, and has black debris again. Found unit with standing water. Forced drain pump on and it wouldnt drain. Pulled drain hose and couldnt get any flow through the hose. Pulled unit and drain hose was partially kinked. This is why it wouldnt drain. This is why it leaked as well. Black debris was from the old gasket. Installed new gasket and verified correct operation. Unit is draining out fine and no longer leaks. Advised customer to run cleaner through to get rid of last bits of debris."

Spoke with Frigidaire techline; no bulletin or reason funnel should be misaligned other than something pushing it forward. Fill funnel is hitting the evaporator cover when ice maker is fully installed. Removed evaporator cover and found discharge line of evaporator pushing against the cover. Bent line back and reinstalled. Funnel is no longer being pushed forward. Added tube extension to fill tube. Ran to test. No more leaks.

"Customer states that unit has a squeal after a few minutes of running. They believe its the idler. Removed drum to inspect and found idler tight. This is why its squealing. Unit also is in need of cleaning and maintenance. Cleared unit of lint, lubricated rollers, installed idler, and ran unit to test. No more noise and unit operates as it should. All OK."

"Customer states that unit tumbles but wont heat. Voltage to unit is correct. Removed kick plate and found the heater shorted open. This is why it wont heat. Also found a left amount of lint in the unit. Unit needs cleaned, maintenances, and heater replaced. Cleaned unit, lubricated rollers, replaced element and ran to test. All ok. Inspected the unit and found the drain line was not installed with a loop that goes above the garbage disposal. Ran a test cycle and found no leaks underneath the unit I found the dishwasher backing up with water due to the fact the garbage disposal was not functioning properly and clogged up and because the unit did not have a loop installed in the drain line. Provided information to customer and advised them to have a plumber come out and clear the garbage disposal and replace it and have the installation team come out and properly install the drain line.
