Customer states that then on large loads she has a mold smell. It not electrical burn smell just a foul odor. Had customer do a load prior to coming out. With load in the unit could not get the unit to smell. Tech did check customers down spout and was not able to smell anything inside. Did inspect the door boot. Customer states that does not smell all the time.

Upon arrival customer stated that unit didnt advance on first use. Ran diagnostic to check for errors. Found basket speed fault and unable to reach rpm errors. Inspected shifter. No broken wires or loose. Ran tech test. Unit isnt sending tachometer. Replaced shifter from stock. Calibrated unit and ran to test. Unit advanced fine in test. Started regular cycle to test. Unit is advancing as it should. All ok. ; used 1 W10006355 (Actuator) from stock

Installed new ice maker and cycled to test. Unit is now getting water but very little. Filter is good and not restricted. Found fill tube for ice maker partially blocked with scale build up. This is why the ice cubes are small. Cleared scale and ran to test. Normal amount of water in ice maker now. All ok.
