Customer states that unit wont heat and intermittently the unit will run for a minute and stop. Found thermal fuse on heater shorted open. This is why we have no heat. Customer states that both front burners do not regulate the temperature correctly and oven isnt cooking evenly. Inspected unit and found both infinite switches shorted causing issue. Ran oven to test temperature and operation of fans. Cooling fan is operating correctly. Neither convection fan is coming on. Relay board is not sending voltage to fans.
