Upon arrival the interior cabinet ranged between 340 and 380 depending on the location of the check. This is normal for a non convection oven. Allowed the unit to continue heating to the 25 min preheat time and checked temps. Temps in the center of the oven at 347 degrees with cavity walls at 370 degrees. The unit is functioning as designed. Advised the customer to preheat 25 mins before putting anything in the oven. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found ice buildup on the icemaker and the fresh food evaporator fan rubbing against ice buildup. I advise the customer to try and run a 48 hour defrost cycle on the unit and have an unplugged with the doors open to allow all the ice to melt. If they have continuing issues to call us back and we can replace the evaporator cover and fan. All other checks OK.
