"Inspected the unit and found a large amount of gunk and detergent buildup in the water dispenser trays preventing water from properly flowing through the unit. Removed the trays and cleaned them and cleaned the inside of the dispenser housing. Reinstalled trays and demonstrated to the customer how the dispenser assembly functions and recommended they clean it occasionally. Unit is functioning properly, water is flowing through the dispenser assembly properly. I advised the customer the detergent slot is designed to slowly leak the detergent into the unit and its normal for this design."

During spin cycle could hear a faint rumbling noise from the gearcase. Provided info to the customer about gearcase. Provided estimate and the customer approved repair on the drain pump. Found coins and debris in the pump, cleared and reassembled parts. Ran a test cycle, all checks ok."
