"Inspected the unit and found no error codes. Ran a test cycle on the lower oven and the set it to bake 275 degrees . Once the unit beeped I checked the temperature inside the unit and the air was 250 degrees and the cavity walls were 205. The lower oven does not have a convex fan and the temperature readings for the preheat are normal for this design. Tested the lower oven on broil and it heat it up without any issues. The thermistor in the lower oven register the correct temperatures in comparison to the infrared gun. Ran a test cycle on the upper oven at the same time and set the unit to bake 350, the unit heated to 350, The cavity wall registered at 325 degrees and the air registered at 340°. Increased the temperature to 400° and tested a few minutes later, the Air inside the unit was at 395° and the cavity wall of the unit was at 390°. The upper oven has a convect fan that runs during pre-heat which allows the unit to get to a true preheat

Inspected the unit and found the convection fan clicking against the cover after getting above 400 degrees and a bad smell coming from the cavity of the unit. I advised the customer the smell is not covered under the warranty and likely from a previous homeowner cleaning it with not recommended products. Checked unit over found that the center burner we only like halfway due to oil and grease built up in the burner. Attempted to clean out but could not clean out. Did inform customer that because of the oil and grease inside there it would not be covered. Also right rear burner was completely coded in oil and spilled all down inside igniter keeping igniter from lighting.
