So every time the unit would call for water for the ice tray it would just trickle down and pile on top of the fan in the freezer section. Causing an ice pyramid on top of the fan. Preventing the fan from turning. Causing the fridge temperatures to rise. Removed all ice. Turned off icemaker. And advised customer to get a hold of a plumber to find out whats going on with the water pressure. Everything on the unit checks OK.
